Preserving the past with a vision for the future

The Owners of Good Intentions could see great potential in the dilapidated former Kinsman Town Hall to become their new farm-to-table restaurant and farmer’s market. To make this happen the nearly 150-year-old structure needed to be carefully lifted for a new foundation to be built underneath and then the roof and exterior repaired to keep the weather out. Finally, the interior was completely refinished and appointed with modern electrical and mechanical equipment. The bright and airy modern interior is a welcoming space for all who visit.
