Power Chevrolet
As part of an expanded presence in Northeast Ohio, Power Chevrolet in Calcutta, Ohio is one of the newest additions to the Flynn family of dealerships. Based on previous successful projects together the Contractor, The Stoy Group, sought out Phillips|Sekanick Architects, inc. to lead the design of this new Chevy dealership. Our design team created the new sales, parts and services areas to accommodate all of the latest features and amenities of Chevrolet dealership standards.

Challenge
The Owners of Power Chevrolet determined that the existing facility was in need of modernization and expansion. The Owners knew they wanted to work with the Stoy Group based on previous successful projects but needed an Architect to join the team who could meet the corporate requirements of Chevrolet and thoughtfully layout the site on a challenging parcel of land.
Solution
The Stoy Group recommended Phillips|Sekanick Architects, inc. as the Architect based on previous successful projects. The design team at Phillips|Sekanick Architects, inc. in concert with the Owner and Contractor delivered a design package that skillfully met the corporate branding needs and addressed various limitations of the site.
