Tiffany Crossing, CTW Corporation, Boardman Township, Ohio | New Construction, Design-Bid-Build | Retail Center

Phillips Sekanick Architects worked with CTW Development to transform an aging retail center in Boardman, Ohio, into Tiffany Crossing at 1301 Tiffany Plaza, a highly visible commercial destination near U.S. Route 224, Tiffany Boulevard, and Interstate 680. Although the existing center maintained strong occupancy, it was challenged by poor circulation, limited parking, and an outdated appearance.

To keep tenants operating and minimize disruption, Phillips Sekanick Architects developed a coordinated two-phase redevelopment plan that improved circulation and parking while creating a more efficient and recognizable retail environment. Updated storefronts, coordinated exterior materials, and a prominent clocktower and cupola established a new architectural identity and landmark presence along the Route 224 corridor.

The completed project demonstrates Phillips Sekanick Architects’ experience in retail architecture, commercial redevelopment, phased construction, site planning, and context-sensitive design, transforming an underperforming property into a more functional and visually distinctive destination.
