tiffany crossing
CTW Development of Youngstown engaged Phillips Sekanick Architects to redevelop an existing retail plaza in Boardman, Ohio. While the existing plaza maintained a high tenant occupancy rate it was plagued with poor circulation, a tired aesthetic, and limited parking. CTW Development desired to minimize the transition timeframe and wanted a landmark feature to attract attention. We developed a two-phase plan that successfully accomplished both. Tiffany Plaza, now a landmark center within the community, is a single-story corner tenant building with fresh aesthetics, a clocktower, and a cupola and has excellent visibility from the adjacent highway and interchange.
