Stephanie Holko, AIA | Architect

-Stephanie Holko, AIA, is an architect with Phillips Sekanick Architects, where she combines architectural design, project coordination, and digital-modeling expertise to advance projects from initial concepts through construction. Her experience includes commercial, public, institutional, hospitality, adaptive-reuse, and renovation work, with particular strengths in building information modeling, design documentation, project coordination, and the development of efficient, buildable solutions. Stephanie earned architectural degrees from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has been with Phillips Sekanick Architects since 2012. She is a past President of AIA Youngstown and currently serves on the chapter’s Board of Directors, reflecting a continuing commitment to professional leadership, continuing education, and the advancement of architecture within Northeast Ohio.

As a Project Architect, Stephanie works closely with all phases of the design and construction documents production, design presentation and middle management. Stephanie has a complete understanding of project development, from the integration of owner’s programming needs to the completion of construction.
