Power Chevrolet, Fairway Chevrolet GMC, Calcutta, Ohio | New Construction, Design-Bid-Build | Dealership
Phillips Sekanick Architects worked closely with the dealership ownership team and Chevrolet’s national design representatives to incorporate current corporate brand and prototype standards while meeting local operational needs. Dedicated sales, service, parts, customer waiting, and administrative areas were organized to improve circulation, convenience, and dealership efficiency.
A constrained site created challenges for vehicle display, access, parking, circulation, and service operations. Through careful site planning and automotive dealership design, Phillips Sekanick Architects maximized the property while maintaining strong visibility and architectural presence along State Route 170. The dealership serves customers throughout Columbiana County, eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
Customer feedback reflects the quality of the completed environment. A verified CARFAX customer described the dealership as “clean, comfortable and welcoming,” while Fairway Chevrolet GMC calls it a “state-of-the-art facility” designed with customer comfort in mind. The project demonstrates Phillips Sekanick Architects’ experience in automotive dealership architecture, Chevrolet prototype design, commercial site planning, corporate brand implementation, and full-service dealership facilities.
