As part of Power Chevrolet’s strategic expansion into Northeast Ohio, the new dealership facility in Calcutta—now operating as Fairway Chevrolet GMC—was designed to showcase the evolving identity of the Chevrolet brand while delivering a full-service experience to customers in the region. Recognizing the importance of brand consistency and user experience, engaged Phillips|Sekanick Architects, inc. to lead the architectural design of the dealership.

The project involved the ground-up development of a modern dealership that includes dedicated sales, service, and parts departments, each carefully planned to reflect the latest Chevrolet facility design standards. Working closely with the national design accounts team, Phillips|Sekanick Architects navigated the rigorous branding and approval process while tailoring the design to fit the operational needs of the local dealership team. The resulting structure blends corporate identity with regional functionality, optimizing customer flow and service efficiency. The architectural team also overcame the challenges of a constrained site, delivering a solution that not only meets the brand’s aesthetic and operational expectations but also strengthens the dealership’s connection to the local community. The facility stands as a modern, customer-focused environment that reinforces Chevrolet’s presence in the tri-state market.
