dunkin midlothian
The Dunkin’ Midlothian project was a joint effort that included a local Dunkin’ franchisee and the Western Reserve Port Authority. The project site included a two-level office building that had been underutilized for more than a decade, housing only a branch of a regional bank. Acquired by the Port Authority, the building was in need of significant repair. The Port Authority demolished the existing building and built to specification, a new Dunkin’ restaurant facility. A second parcel was made available for future development. The new building featured elements of the newest Dunkin’ prototype elements, but also included some of the features and components that reflected on the design of the now-demolished office structure. The development brought new life to an old and underutilized urban neighborhood.
