Located at a major gateway into Warren, Ohio, the Covelli Enterprises, Inc. office building is a striking example of thoughtful corporate expansion and architectural evolution. Originally a two-story masonry structure, the building was repurposed and expanded in the early 1990s to serve the growing needs of Covelli Enterprises—one of the nation’s largest Panera Bread franchisees. Through two significant renovations, including the addition of a third floor, the building has grown to over 39,000 square feet, transforming it into a modern, high-performance workplace that supports both executive functions and day-to-day operations.

The most recent $8.5 million renovation introduced a contemporary façade, repositioned the main entrance for improved visibility and accessibility, and enhanced the interior with both private and collaborative office spaces. A dramatic three-story atrium now anchors the building, complemented by a fully equipped fitness center and dedicated facilities maintenance areas. Phillips Sekanick Architects led the project ensuring cohesive design integration across departments and managing occupancy coordination and construction administration. The Covelli headquarters stands as a dynamic symbol of the company’s investment in its people and community.
