Chad Ramkey, AIA, NCARB | Architect

Chad Ramkey, AIA, NCARB, combines architectural design and project-management experience with a strong understanding of building technology, BIM, digital documentation, and contemporary project-delivery practices. A graduate of Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Chad works across a range of commercial, restaurant, institutional, and public projects for Phillips Sekanick Architects. He has also been active in advancing technology within the profession, including providing Revit education for architecture students and emerging professionals and participating in statewide discussions concerning BIM standards and digital facility information. Chad is a past President of AIA Youngstown and remains actively engaged in the architectural profession, bringing a practical, technically focused approach to the design and documentation of projects. Chad also coordinates our in-house graphics design projects and helps coordinate project presentations.
