Challenge

The existing building was in need of substantial improvements to not only highlight the brand, but also improve the client experience.  The renovation needed to provide an expansion of the existing seating area while at the same time addressing need for ADA accessibility throughout the building, including upgrades and improvements to the restroom facilities.

Solution

As a result of discussions with the Owner, a new covered patio was added to the building, expanding the dining opportunity by 48 seats. The food service operation was revised to permit an expansion of the existing restroom facilities without adding square footage to the building.  The entire building and site was updated for ADA accessibility, including egress, curb ramps, parking and seating.
