General Notice to Bidders
Most projects listed or issues by our organization are by invitation only. Once posted, the general contractors have already been determined. Contractors interested in being considered for future bidding opportunities should submit a company brochure along with a Contractors Qualification Statement to the architect. The organization reserves the right to limit the number of contractors on any project. Contractor submissions that do not include adequate information will result in the contractor not being approved for bidding.
