In September 1986, Phillips Associates Architects become one of the first architectural or engineering firms in northeastern Ohio area to use computer-aided design as part of its normal design services. By 1988, the organization had dedicated itself to the use of the computer aided design system (CAD) and began producing all of its contract drawings on the computer-based system. The organization’s broad based background has permitted the firm to adapt to specific needs of our clients through related experiences in renovation, restoration or new construction. With specific and current experience in healthcare, residential, industrial and commercial development, the firm has been able to develop methods to address the news of each specific client through our attention to their specific needs.
